Hank's Place. Hank's is a small hotel, 4 rooms, a nice restaurant and a fun bar on the water (yes, jacks zip in and attack baitfish and in the evenings, tarpon can be seen or heard rolling nearby). Now check this out. You get a nice room - with good beds, a TV, a fridge, air conditioning, nice bathroom, etc AND all your tasty meals AND a flats skiff for $895 - per person double occupancy - A WEEK!! That is a very good deal for the DIY angler. There are huge flats nearby with bones from medium to large. My skiff had a new 25 hp Mercury and it scooted along nicely. I am going to add some random photos of Hank's Place, the skiff and the fishing. The hotel is for sale, also. It could make someone a nice 'working retirement' project. Location, location, location! Just got back last week from Hank's, sorry I missed you. Been going there for years and love it. Great people, great place, truly one of my favorite places to fish!
