THE FLY TACKLE RETAILER SHOW

Catch Magazine will have a booth at the Fly Tackle Retailer Show in Denver, Colorado. This annual event is a show for fly fishing tackle manufacturers and fly shops, outfitters and fly fishing media. So, fly shop people and guides, please stop in and see Todd and Brian. We have several new programs for fly shops and it's just fun to put a face with a name. Buying us cold ones after the show is completly okay with us, also. The FTR Show is September 10-11-12 and an international flair makes it very special. For those not in the fly tackle industry, have no fear, Catch Magazine will be back in Denver, Colorado on Jan 7-8-9-10 for the International Sportsman's Expo. GINGER OR MARY ANN ???~!!!

OK, for those of you over 45 years old, how would you answer? Well, I (Brian) have never met Ginger, but I did just fish the Big Hole and Beaverhead, in SW Montana with Mary Ann. No kidding, Dawn Wells is a fly fisher and we caught some nice browns and a 12 inch Big Hole grayling (close to the Maiden Rock Bridge). Dawn was a guest at 5 Rivers Lodge in Dillon, and we managed to get in some fly fishing and do a little video. Dawn is very nice, talented and knows a good dry fly when she sees one.

THE RIVER OF NO RETURN

Catch Magazine (Todd and Brian) just returned from an action packed week on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho. We went with Jeff Helfrich - Tight Lines Fishing and they showed us an incredible experience. Look for Todd's T-Motion video in the September 1, 2009 issue. All day dry fly fishing and mountainous whitewater was great. The camps, food and skillful guides were world-class.
